Return & Exchange Policy
At Drarld, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.*
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must submit your request within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product must be returned in one complete package along with the original order receipt or packing slip.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items shipped and delivered to the same country as the original delivery address.

Customized, personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect are always eligible for return, exchange or replacement, regardless of the above criteria.
Drarld reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

If you request a return for non-defective items (buyer’s remorse) under the 30-day window, return shipping costs and any applicable import/duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect upon arrival, Drarld will cover all return shipping costs.

There are no restocking fees unless explicitly stated.

Customs duties, import taxes or other charges arising from international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange:

Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation)

A photo or video of the product if defective or damaged

After we confirm the return eligibility, please pack your item(s) securely in their original packaging along with the receipt/order slip.

4. Refund & Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify eligibility, we will process your refund or initiate an exchange within 2–5 business days. The refund will be applied using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
